Mar 06,2025I ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra from here after the customer service said the phone was European. I was worried about it being from the Middle East as there were known problems with certain apps not working like Samsung Pay. However when the phone arrived I did a quick check and it was sold in Qatar. I paid £90 more to buy the phone from here because they said it was European and they have just wasted my time as I now need to return and wait for a refund.
