The machine arrived in pristine conditions, very well protected, and with all of its parts. I am yet to put it together and use it... so a next review is on the horizon.

Jan 29,2025ALICE, my customer service person made the experience of purchasing my cavitation machine and easy and effortless process. She was patient and very helpful and walked me thru the process of choosing the machine I wanted, with a discount, then paying for it online. She was very responsive to my emails and I chose to buy my equipment from Surebeauty instead of Mychway solely because of Alice. I was so lucky to call and get her online as my customer service person. As yet I haven't opened the box to use my machine but I will in February. I just bought a new house and with all the paperwork and moving I just haven't had the time.

They have held up against 4-5 clients per day, They all have had great precise results. I will be getting my machines here when it comes time to order more! And, the customer service is phenomenal when you have any kind of hick up what so ever! Alice is incredible! One machine's head modality had a little problem and Alice has taken incredible care of the situation and me. Knowing just what to do and how to handle the situation. Dec 02,2024The RF handle on this machine heats up nicely. I was impressed with that. I previously had an S shape and I was not happy with the handle on it. The EMS pads are really strong. I’m only able to get them up to level two. I’ve only used this machine a couple times so I have not seen any results yet but so far I am pleased with how everything is operating. Also, very pleased with customer service with answering questions and responding back to me promptly.

Nov 20,2024Surebeauty shipped quickly, no hidden fees, via fedex. The vacuum hose came very beat up and the bio head wasn’t lighting up, surebeauty sent replacement heads immediately. 10/10 customer service and true to advertised machine.

Nov 11,2024The machine appears to function however the instructions (or lack of them) are hard to follow. A video would be more successful maybe or an actual booklet. The very basic instructions and don’t explain how to use the actual devices and I’m still unsure how to turn them on or use correctly.
