Seems a bit clumsy to order and a chasing phone call asked for information you already had... but it arrived and seems to fit and be OK... It is much lighter than the one it replaced.. not sure it will last so long... but we shall see!!

Replacement Hot tub Cover a bit disappointing., fits well to our dimensions however the hinge does not have any insulation so heat is escaping. We will need to make some sort of adjustments/improvements, fortunately we have the tub in a building so this will not be a major problem. The corners are loose and just meet at the edges but do not hold the cover firmly in place as the original. A bit disappointed at the general quality compared with the original cover , maybe we should have paid more than the £375 and got a better model. I don't think the product is able to be seen before delivery so we took a chance.

Possibly the worst service I have experienced on Amazon. Asked to give a review and yet haven't received any goods. I asked for parcel to be left in shed, however then received an email telling me delivery was refused? I've asked my shed and it says nobody tried to deliver to it! Spoke to customer service, got the impression I was keeping them from much more important things than locating my parcel. Thank you for your reply to my comment sent last year! Fair enough on the amazon comment although it’s easy to make that mistake as most people buy loads off amazon with their excellent customer service. You are correct the parcel did eventually arrive due to some initiative by the postman, you see someone at your end had sent the parcel to the wrong address 10 houses up the road and the old man who lived there kept refusing the delivery. If when I called you from the US to advise that I was overseas and couldn’t refuse a delivery you had listened this could have been prevented, instead your obstructive attitude solved nothing So just to clarify your mistake and your poor service, I stand by my first review.

Very happy with the hot tub cover I received. Excellent build quality and made to the exact dimensions I provided. Would highly recommend this product if you need a custom hot tub cover.
