Ordered a new hot tub cover, was very worried about getting the dimensions right as it would have been an expensive mistake, however the instructions did make it possible to measure it correctly, and the price was very reasonable. Overall very happy with the product and service.

Ordered 5 ducks for my hot tub which 4 were what I ordered but the 5th one was an ordinary duck that squeaked but didn't float ! it was supposed to be a glow in the dark one !! These were just a joke present but I was disappointed!! They obviously threw in the 5th one as they were out of stock

Bad experience they cancelled one order for me over the phone and took new order but took two payments for me on 19 th Dec and have been told I have to wait till after new year for a refund nor a good start for a new customer

When it works it works fine BUT if you have a problem do not expect any assistance from Customer Services department. Earlier in the year I replaced my hot tub cover and struggled to get a delivery date. When I got a reply from my follow ups I was told they could not give me a date! However, the manufacturer had already made the delivery. Recently, I failed to check a confirmation of order and my account had reverted to an old delivery address. Obviously not Hot Tub Uks fault BUT Long story short, I do not have the products, customer services refuse to give a name of who I am trying to communicate with, they seem to miss the point that we know that they tried to deliver, the current owner signed by mistake and then gave the package back to the courier. The fact that the courier appears not have rescanned the package is now ‘our’ problem. I have been left with no alternative but to try and seek assistance from the credit card company. Anybody can make a mistake and any company can have problems, what makes the differnce is how a Companuy chooses to deal with problems and move things forward. In my opinion the Customer Service has been very poor.

The vacuum arrived on time but we are unable to make it work and despite sending a photo they cannot help therefore it is not fit for purpose and I am not happy.

Easy website ordering (with help of Hubby)! Item as expected and seems to be perfect, quality wise. Delivery was great, received updates of time of delivery on day and very happy with the cover we ordered. Would use again and would recommend.
