Apr 29,2018Communication from HotTubsUK Ltd was the worst we have ever experienced; calls were not returned, we were told our hot tub cover would be arriving 'at the end of the week' and that someone would call to advise of delivery arrangements, however no call was received. On calling on the Thursday, the operative (who appears not to work for Hot Tubs UK) told me someone would call me back, hopefully before the end of the day. No call was received at all. I called again six days later and was told that the message to call me had been passed on and that someone would call. When I said that was six days ago and nobody had called, the operative just reiterated her answer. No apology was given whatsoever; this person appeared to be an automaton with no customer service skills at all. We then emailed the following week and were told that someone in Wales (we were told the cover was coming from the US) had been trying to call us for days to arrange delivery, yet no calls at all had been received by either of us, so clearly this was untrue. Miraculously a call was received later that day and delivery arranged for the following day. I asked to be given 30 minutes notice of their arrival and this did not happen. Fortunately there was someone there to take delivery of the cover. Although the product seems good I would not recommend the company owing to their poor level of service and communication (or lack thereof).

Apr 26,2018We ordered a made-to-measure deluxe hot tub cover with all of the additional extras. The website and order system both stated 5-6 weeks for delivery. Once we got to 7 weeks from the order date, we have had to call/email lots of times to try and gain a delivery date. They never returned my calls (even though messages were left). They only replied to my emails once I'd chased for the 2nd time. Today (hurray!) our hot tub cover has been delivered.... 9 weeks after ordering. The cover is exactly as requested, fits beautifully and nice quality. It is the customer service and delivery times that let this company down terribly. I personally wouldn't order from these people again.

Apr 10,2018I ordered chemicals on the promise it would be delivered in time for easter I filled my tub but the chemicals did not arrive until the Tuesday after Easter by which time the water was no good I am not impressed I have emailed direct but not hears anything from the company so very disappointed

Apr 29,2018I called hot tubs uk as I was having terrible problems getting my hot tub water sorted. The very nice lady there explained everything to me and I was able to ask loads of questions (some of them pretty stupid I must admit). Anyway I ordered some eco one, it arrived quickly and it now seems to do the job!
