I have used these guys for over 6 years now ... we are on our second spa .. in the early days the help and info were much needed and great... now the water treatment is spot on and although i read and look out for new products I have my spa sparkle fresh all year round - this is my only site for my spa cleanliness

I ordered a new filter for my hot tub late on a Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Not only excellent service but at a very competitive price too, especially when you get the extra discount for being in their club. Thank you !

The staff helped with all aspects of my purchase, particularly as the delivery was not easy, due to the very difficult access I had, I would recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a hot tub, also the quality of the hot tub is very good.

I have to say that my experience with this company is nothing short of first class. I am new to all this hot tub scene, and they have been ever so patient in explaining everything to me. (embarrassingly more than once) I never felt rushed, I always felt the advice I was given was impartial. That for me is invaluable, as everyone's needs and budgets are different. I have purchased a lid and chemicals from hot tubs uk. Both was delivered exactly when the lady on the phone said. I have even managed to completely eradicate my ever so annoying problem of the chemicals. Thank you so much for all your help. Especially to the lady on the phone (apologies I forgot your name) Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
