Oct 10,2017We never received the parcel. At first we were told by Danish Mail that it had arrived in Denmark and we were supposed to pay for customs. We did and were then told that they couldn't find the parcel and that we should ask Swanson what had happened to it. But we saw no reason to do so, as it had already appeared in Denmark. So - no parcel.

Jul 13,2016I just bought 2 packages of magnesium, so I had for 2 months consumption - until Sep 2016. But the EXP date on the pills are Aug 2016. I thought it was a wellknown company with good products. I am still waiting for the company to respond whether I can have a refund or change for a product with longer exp date.

Jan 25,2016I have shopped on swansoneurope.com twice. The first time everything was smooth. The second time the payment was drawn from my Visa Card, but I received no confirmation mail nor any package. I have made swansoneurope.com aware of this through email and chat. I have received ZERO RESPONSE. No getting back to me, nothing at all. In my experience swansoneurope.com doesn't have a customer service (even though they claim so on swansoneurope.com) To me swansoneurope.com is a lottery: You might get high quality health products - or you might get nothing at all, but you will pay anyway. In my case the lottery is a 50/50 chance of receiving what I paid for. I wish you good luck with your lottery ... ups purchase ... at swansoneurope.com.
