Mar 07,2023I purchased zinc carnosine in Russia. I had some doubts about the authenticity of the product. Luckily i wrote a letter to swansoneurope. The support team quickly checked the batch number. They answered me right away. I made sure I bought the original. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service!

Feb 08,2023Jeg bestilte mandag aften og modtog pakken onsdag kl. 14. Levering fra Sofia i Bulgarien. Det må siges at være yderst imponerende. Eneste minus ved Swanson er, at leveringsomkostninger er relativt høje, men den hurtige levering opvejer det. Jeg bestiller helt bestemt hos dem igen.

Jan 12,2023Har bestilt herfra flere gange. Super hurtig levering. Pakken kom på under et døgn helt fra Bulgarien. Meget imponerende! Gode priser. Siden ser lidt falsk ud, så første gang, jeg skulle bestille, var jeg lidt tøvende. Men den er bestemt ikke falsk, og jeg vil anbefale Swanson Europe til alle. :)

Jan 03,2023Straight up stole my money, no response and help from customer service. I paid straight from my bank account as I was happy to see that as an option. Hahah how dumb was I for that. (Always always always use a credit card or Paypal.) The site got completely stuck mid payment, the money was taken from my bank account and Swanson sent me automatic message saying that my order wasn't finished. I immediately contacted customer service on 30th and again on jan 2nd, still no response (they promise to respond in 24hrs after contacting them - fat chance). I had screen shots of this payment to them and everything, apparently their reputation doesn't really matter and they want me and others to let their transaction providers know they are here actively stealing money and not returning it. I can absolutely not recommend their services even though they have some not so common supplements - just pay the extra money and get them elsewhere. Also the website is just ass. No info what so ever anywhere. Probably working from someone's mom's basement as a side hustle. EDIT: well LOL!!! As I was waiting for this review to go through I contacted Swanson USA to get some help, I sent them an email. Literally minutes went by after the email and I got another email from the transaction company that I will be refunded... But still no response from Swanson Europe. The one star remains. I have no clue if contacting the headquarters did the trick but that sure was funny

Dec 22,2022The products I have been ordering for the past two years are constantly out of stock. I have mailed their customer service on two occasions and not received an answer. Just like a customer above mentioned, they pull out the "offensive" card when someone gets frustrated by their lousy customer service. I have decided to try and find the products from somewhere else.

Dec 03,2022Kurz nach der Bestellung storniert, da noch etwas gefehlt hat. Stornierung wurde durch den Support bestätigt, mit dem Hinweis das ich das Geld komplett zurück erhalte. Danach eine zweite Bestellung gemacht. Nun beide Bestellung erhalten und beide Bestellungen bezahlt, keine Antwort auf Anfragen. Keinerlei Anstalten das ich mein Geld wiederbekomme.

(De går jo under vitaminer i andre lande bare ikke her i Danmark, plus vi skal betale mere for dem fordi de er receptpligtige) 🫥 Swanson laver dem også som dual realese, hvilket er helt perfekt sammensat med en’ der virker nu og her. 🌙 Økonomisk uden at gå ned på kvalitet🤗 Men tilbage til Swanson Europe Team✨ De overraskede mig så meget, fik levering indenfor 24 timer til egen dør (bor i hus) ! Kundeservice svare også hurtigt, hvis man har et spørgsmål. Jeg kan kun anbefale deres forretning, og de bruger paypal til betaling som er en ekstra sikkerhed for os kunder 😊

Jul 08,2022Varen blev leveret på kun 24 timer, så det var virkelig god service. Jeg var lidt skeptisk inden jeg bestilte, da det kommer fra udlandet. Men alt gik nemt og uden problemer.

Apr 05,2023The endocrinologist prescribed to my mother to take DHEA and Pregnolone and Swanson delivers it. I cannot really speak about the quality of the ingredients since I am not a chemist but I have been customer of Swanson for almost two years and in the anti aging line there are not side effects since my mother still looks young at 65 and she has quite a stressful life. In the end Swanson seems to be as good as the way pricier pills that the endocrinologist usually sells or endorse. Last very positive note: Swanson ships with DHL which, at least here in Italy, is the gold standard of delivery.
