Had an issue with my order, spoke to a customer service rep who was extremely extremely helpful, I'm sorry I didn't get her name to thank her again. Aside from her customer service skillet, the time it took to deliver the order was an issue. Other family members have mentioned this to me as well. The CSR was the saving grace to my overall experience.

Nov 16,2016I wear my glasses only in class and have a tendency to lose it very often. I have had ordered over 7 eyeglasses from different online stores like coastal , eyeglassesshop, while some of them were okay quality, some broke within few months when trying to wipe the glasses. Last month I ordered a pair reading glasses from Swiftwear, I must say the frame quality is very good, it feels sturdy , I hope It will last long. However, I feel like the glass part needs to be wiped often, it doesnot feel like clear glass(something they need to work on it), but its not a big problem for me because I am OCD about wiping my glasses anyway. So overall, I say the standard for online prescription glasses is much better with swiftwear than any other I have encountered.

Nov 16,2016I took advantage of an offer to receive a free pair of glasses as a new customer. I had to pay a cost for shipping that was about 3 times what shipping actually should be, but it was still a great deal less than if I had bought the glasses at another place. The selection for the free glasses was not immense, but the glasses, themselves, are quite satisfactory; I have zero complaints. I would recommend Swift Eyewear to anyone looking to get a new pair of glasses.

Nov 16,2016I was very pleased with my prescription eyewear order. My last pair of glasses were almost $200 at the optometrist office. I was very excited to try to order online and getting a free pair of glasses was a bonus. Shipment was very fast. The glasses are durable and the lenses clear. My only complaint is the website navigation. It is a little difficult to access the different tiers of glasses available.

Nov 15,2016Honestly, I was very skeptical that this would actually work but I was used to spending $200+ on glasses every few years so I was like, "What's $20 shipping in the face of that?" It took about a month for my glasses to arrive after I'd ordered them, but once they did I loved them. Frames are sturdy and don't feel cheap, even though the two frames I got, including shipping, cost $50 total. Next paycheck I get, I'm going to get even more pairs of glasses!

Nov 15,2016Both product and service were far more than l expected. They are true to their word, and stand by their mission statement. They will be the only eyewear company l will be using from now on, and quite happily. I can't convey just how strongly l really do recommend this company. I am extremely satisfied with my glasses and the customer care that came with it. The professionalism, sinsarity & glasses l received was greater than what l had been receiving in the big name eyewear stores l had been going to all these years, and paying close to $600 dollars a pair, for glasses l had trouble using. Now l got two pairs of proscription glasses for under $150 dollars, that work beautifully for me. Wished l had found Swifit Eyewear way sooner.

Nov 15,2016I have a rather large family and one of my five kids needed a pair of glasses. At our eye doctor's office everything is expensive! Logged in to Swift Eyewear...read everything I could.. I called to ask few questions and as it was after business hours, I didn't expect to receive a return call until the following business day...what a shock it was when they called back 20 minutes later...all questions answered...my son's glasses were here ten days later...he is more than happy with them... All our glasses are being ordered from Swift Eyewear from now on... Thank you for all your help...y'all are great!

Nov 15,2016Before my first pair came in the mail, I was quite skeptical. I opened the package, put the glasses on. Wow, SWIFT Eyewear got it done on the first try. Easy to use website and I always get complements on my glasses.

I have already recommended this site to family members. I don't think I have every been excited about getting new glasses until this pair. I was pleasantly surprised :)
