Jan 18,2021Ordered a regional barbell and both 10lb/15lb plates when they were listed as available on their website within a week of each other. Each item shipped approximately three days after purchase (all items arrived prior to their expected delivery, though this has nothing to do with Synergee). It was quite an experience to get the barbell out of its packaging. A video/walk through of the intended disassembly would probably be ideal on their website. (Due to the fact they encourage you keep the packaging in case you need to return it within 30 days.) The barbell package also included two sets of wrist wraps that I wasn't expecting; I don't know that I will use them but that may be a bonus for some people. I found the packaging of the plates rather excessive (wasteful) with each plate being in a bag and it's own box, then the pair in a box, and then in a third box for shipping. All of the items were absolutely *soaked* in oil. I had to wipe everything down twice with water to get them to a state where I didn't feel disgusting after touching them. All weights were checked and they seemed spot on. The white paint finish on the plates looks very unprofessional in some areas (all over the rest of the plate, not within the lines of the lettering) which is unfortunate due to the cost of these plates versus what is available from some other dealers. The build of the items themselves seems solid and I look forward to getting a lot of use out of them.

Dec 03,2020Every time I tried to scroll down the page on my phone, the webpage would add the item I was browsing to my cart automatically. Sometimes, I wouldn't even have to touch anything on my screen and the item would be automatically added. It's horrendously annoying.

Dec 03,2020Excellent bench. Very sturdy and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, but the powder coating on the handle for moving the bench was all chipped off when I opened the box.

Dec 03,2020The holes in the item I ordered are extremely poorly drilled. While this made it much harder to put together, more important is the outcome of the fact that the holes aren't evenly drilled--the whole thing wobbles.
