Jul 27,2020Very disappointed. I placed an order for a piece of equipment that I was very excited about. I was given my delivery date. I received an email to say my item was delivered. I went to get it and there was nothing to be found. Then I received another message. Again nothing to be found. Both tracking numbers showed my item was delivered to another address. I waited a few more days then called Customer Service. I was told my item is on back order until the end of August BUT my credit card has been charged. Nothing was mentioned to compensate me in any way. I have requested my money back and I will make my purchase somewhere else. So far no refund has been applied.

I’ve been dealing with a lovey customer service agent over having issues with a product and she’s so far been helpful and understanding. This has encouraged me to do more business with this company as opposed to Rogue who are slow at replying and honestly I find after every dollar shipping wise.

Aug 02,2020I had troubles finding gym equipment during this covid-19 pandemic. This website is no doubt useful for anyone who needs gym equipment in Canada during the pandemic, even though things are slowly coming back to normal. The delivery takes some time but once the equipment comes in, the quality of the equipment is hands down legit. I've only purchased an EZ curl bar and the quality of it is really amazing ! I ordered a Flat Exercise Bench and Aluminum barbell collars for my bar. I am excited to get some workouts in very soon once my equipment comes in ! I just want to workout at home without any worries to get my hands on some equipment without waiting on anyone who's using it at the gym or waiting on me for an amateur like myself who's just getting started. I recommend using this website to any friend/fitness enthusiast who needs gym equipment in Canada especially in this covid-19 pandemic.
