Jun 20,2022Got my games barbell with a bit of issue during shipping. The driver of the shipping company told me the bar came out from the packaging during transport and suffered a small ding at the end of the bar. I took some photos and the next day I sent it to Synergee. The very next day I received an email from customer service and was told to provide more details. Just a couple of emails back and forth for verifications and sure thing. I got my partial refund back to my account. I would also say that I ordered a few more items all in discounted prIces. Kudos to all the Synergee family and thank you for looking after your customer.

Jun 03,2022I would like to have seen video of the power rack being used in all the ways it can be used and not just a couple still images that really don't do justice to the rack. Also, there should be options for upgraded metal pully wheels instead of plastic ones which will wear out in a year or so. But remember, this is just ordered. I have not received the product yet so this is not a product review. As for other products, I have a bunch of the plates and a sandbag. Great products all around and love the fact that the company is Canadian.

Jun 03,2022Very user friendly website, rapid friendly customer service over the phone, high quality equipment, lowest prices, located in Canada. I bought kettlebells and dumbbells from Sport Direct located in Boucherville, Qc only because they had lower prices at the time. After I had sold my Rogue gym I will never buy from Rogue again now that I've leant about Synergee! The S&H is also incredibly low! Synergee is awesome! wow! The appreciation discount was fast to apply, the affiliate program also seems promising. Offering Safety Spotter Arms compatible for the 3x3 11-gauge Squat Rack V3 in the future would be cool, that's my only constructive criticism.

May 02,2022There was a situation where I thought I was missing hardware but in fact I wasn't as it had been sent separately from the main order. Synergee customer service was quick to send me new hardware and by the time I realized it was my mistake and notified them it was too late. They were polite and very understanding and said not to worry about sending it back. That is why I have now ordered other items from them since!! Top notch customer service.
