Jun 04,2024I was referred to Synergy through the emergency dental service. Having had a bad experience with local anaesthetic during treatment for an abscess at a different practice, I requested that the extraction be performed under sedation. I was extremely nervous when it came time for my procedure to the extent that I was crying in the chair. The staff were wonderful at putting my mind at ease and took fantastic care of me. Less than 24 hours later, there is little more than an ache in the area and it is healing wonderfully. Thank you so much, all of you, for taking care of me.

May 31,2024A very friendly, professional and supportive dental practice. Adam is my Dentist and Rebecca is my Hygienist, both are doing a tremendous job keeping my mouth in order. Due to a recent health issue that could impact on my dental treatment, both Adam and Rebecca are working together to try and formulate a treatment plan that will provide me with the best possible options of dental health care during the treatment of my other health issue. Excellent continued support.

May 31,2024I have attended Synergy Dental Clinic since they opened the Preston Clinic and have always felt confident of a great experience each time I have visited. The fresh look and feel of the clinic is great, the ladies on reception are always helpful and pleasant and appointments have always been punctual, I always feel at ease during examination as everyone is so friendly. Last week I had a tooth extracted and was a bit nervous about it but once there the surgeon made me feel reassured, I was chatted to throughout and given clear instructions as to what to do post extraction. I have since returned to have the extraction site checked and was seen and treated promptly and efficiently. I can definitely recommend Synergy Dental Clinics.

May 30,2024Waited 25 minutes to be seen when paying as a private patient. Booked in for a basic scale just for some slight marking from tea/coffee drinking. They treated me for 6 minutes and there are still marks on my teeth which should have been removed with a scale.

May 30,2024I am a very nervous person by nature so when I was referred to Synergy for two extractions my stomach was in knots, I had a consultation and was reassured that all would be ok and I would be given meds to help me relax, when my appointment time had arrived I was still apprehensive, I sat in the chair and was made to feel so welcome with all the staff, seconds later I was awake. Really and truly didn’t feel a thing I was just sleepy, I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know, I can now say that I’m no longer afraid… Thank you Synergy for being excellent.

May 29,2024Excellent service. I was referred to this dentist by my own as they were unable to complete a procedure. It was really easy to book an appointment. On the day they didn’t keep me waiting like dentists sometimes do and the procedure was completely quickly and efficiently. I’ve had no follow up problems either so would definitely recommend.
