Feb 16,2024I was referred to Synergy for a general surgery from the NHS. It took more than 6 months for them to book in an appointment. One was cancelled the day before because the doctor was on annual leave. And then the doctor operating my surgery was under the impression that I will be having a local anaesthesia surgery even though it was stated clearly in the referral letter which they also received that I needed a general surgery. I called 3 times to check the clinic does perform this surgery and I was reassured by the receptionist they do. Turns out, as told to me by the doctor, the receptionists do not know that “general surgery” is a common term used in the medical field. The doctor was happy to do the local surgery regardless of the high risk if I wanted to — given that I was referred here to lower the risk.

Feb 16,2024Having not been to a dentist for a long time my anxiety levels were up in the roof , but from the minute i walked in you could feel how relaxed it was. The two ladies on reception put me at ease my name was called to see the dentist went in and again put at ease , he told me what everything what was going to happen and a treatment plan was made and I was finished, the service was excellent , from everyone I met on this day it was the service was excellent not sure what I expected to happen but it didn’t so glad I went so thankyou so much .

Feb 15,2024Myself and two year old son was welcomed with two friendly faces on reception who ensured I was seen to quickly. I was then seen by a Dentist and dental nurse who was able to entertain my son whilst the dentist explained through my current dental concerns. The fact they were able to ensure I was informed of my current issues and how the future appointments should go was very reassuring.

Feb 12,2024The service was absolutely great. The time it took was really something I was shocked at. However I was really surprised at how no one asked for my ID. Nor at the reception nor in the surgery room. Anyone with the same name could have walked in had the procedure as no one asked to see ID nor did I have a letter to confirm surgery. I wasn't even asked if I received a text message. I mean this is how things go wrong. In my case maybe I was just lucky.

Feb 10,2024I had two teeth that needed extracting. I rang the emergency dentist, who booked me in for 11am the next morning. Synergy texted me later in the day to say my appointment was pushed to 3:55 that afternoon. I got there, and the receptionist couldn't even find me! Eventually they found me on their system. I had to wait, in a very busy reception until well after 4:25pm. The dentist was a butcher! He would only extract one of my teeth, less than five minutes after he administered the anaesthetic. I could feel the needle going in, for the first time in my life and he couldn't wait to get rid of me. He was rude, and obnoxious. His assistant was pleasant, hence the one star. I think that he was horrible to me because I don't pay for NHS treatment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
