Feb 07,2025Absolutely brilliant service from Karim Rachidi at Synergy Dental, Leyland, he is amazing. Had composite bonding and I am very happy with the results. He was patient with me being nervous and listened to what I wanted to achieve. His work is outstanding and I can't recommend him enough. The rest of the staff were lovely and very welcoming too.

Feb 07,2025Had to find an emergency appointment last week after fracturing a front tooth. Managed to get my appointment at the Leyland clinic, Sylvia on reception was lovely, friendly & welcoming. I saw Dr Karim Rachidi who was calm and informative, he explained what was needed & really putting me at ease. I went back today and had the extraction and a temporary fitting. I was quite anxious about the procedure but Dr Rachidi was very calming, and again kept me informed throughout the procedure, obviously I’m a little sore as the anaesthetic is wearing off, but I won’t be nearly as anxious when I go back for the rest of the treatment in a few weeks time

Feb 06,2025I havnt been able to register with a dentist for years when the opportunity arose to join synergy dental I was both anxious and apprehensive… the minute I arrived through the door the receptionist was polite and welcoming … when I met my dentist for the first time I was nervous as my teeth were in poor condition… she listened to me made me feel at ease.. was a lovely lady and made a plan for me going forward…my fear of dentists is no longer thanks to this lady… and she has finally lifted my spirits and given me the hope that I can smile again with confidence… I am truly grateful to be in this practice… friendly welcoming team environment.. professional.. high standard of cleanliness… nothing but praise for team synergy … life changing..

In the past, the practice struggled to accommodate my specific requirements, often leaving me feeling unsatisfied. However, my recent visit to Synergy Dental was nothing short of amazing. The hygienist was exceptional. She demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. For the first time ever, I received a full dental cleaning without experiencing unbearable pain. The result was remarkable – my teeth feel brand new! What impressed me most was the hygienist’s genuine care and thoroughness. She was not only attentive to me but also to my mother and two children who were present. Her honest and helpful approach made a significant difference in our overall experience. The new receptionist also deserves praise. Feb 08,2025I called to arrange an appointment got one in 2 days. The Dentist Natalie is excellent she is competent and explains every thing so you leave the surgery knowing exactly what is needed and how much it will cost before treatment starts.During treatment she is efficient and gentle.
