Equipment available is excellent however your ordering system needs a serious update. Orders are shipped partial with no back order status on items not shipped. Online tracking of any unshipped items is non existent. Shipping is very slow however I understand with economy low price that is available. At the moment I have no idea when the rest of my order will arrive. Not good.

I enjoy all that Tackledirect offers. They usually have the best prices on any lures or tackle you need and they have good knowledgeable staff that can help you pair up rods and reels for whatever/wherever you’re fishing. They carry almost every fishing item that’s out there which leaves little reason to shop anywhere else. I really like how they are on top of every new product and have videos for just about every item they have. Tackledirect has and will be my go to resource for any fishing product I ever need.

I am getting a request to review tackle direct before I have even received my product. I checked the status yesterday, and there was nothing listed yet. I will not order from this company again. The fist time I ordered from Tackle Direct, their stock said there was enough of my item to fulfill it, but that was inaccurate and I had to order it from somewhere else. This order I placed on 6/29 when I go to check on my order status still shows nothing. It’s 7/8 and you would hope that a shipping confirmation would have been sent to my email by now.

Tackle Direct is great venue for purchasing fishing tackle. The prices are low, the selection is large and products are name brand. I have purchased reels, rods, kite fishing equipment, line and hooks. TD will remain as one of my favorite places to purchase fishing gear.

I put in an order for a BBZ1Rat. Charge was pending when I got an email saying it was out of stock. I returned the email saying that I needed it before a certain date, let me know if it was an issue and I would look elsewhere. Didn’t hear back and pending charge was rescinded. Weeks later I get an email that the BBZ1 is on its way. I’m on a limited income and I have an account set aside just for tackle. Now that there wasn’t any funds in that account it is now overdrawn due to lack of communication on your end. Thanks! I will also add that I’m not the only person that this has happened to. Anglers on the local fishing forums had the same issues and your reviews haven’t been good. Just thought you would like to hear the truth.
