Jul 04,2019I purchased some of the best fishing equipment that money can buy over the last few years with tackle direct...I paid top dollar and never received a considerable discount of any kind....This company has no consideration for return business. I also had to use a warranty for a Century rod that took months to replace, my credit card was compromised by a third party vendor in the process.

Jul 03,2019Just make sure if you need tackle quickly that they have it marked in stock at tackle direct. If not they may have to get it from another supplier and it may take awhile. My own fault for not reading the fine print.

Jul 05,2019Order took a few months to arrive, can never get a hold of anyone. Had to open a paypal case just to get a reply to when my order would be shipped. Finally got my order and now no one will pick up the phone or respond to my emails about the fact that it does not work. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Update: after they replied below I received one email. I have responded multiple times! I sent the package back and requested a replacement... got a refund instead. Can’t follow simple directions, won’t refund my shipping cost even though they said they would, can’t reply to simple emails, never pick up their phone. If you do decide to waste your time with these guys, purchase though paypal who will protect you money.
