Oct 26,2021It took over 3 weeks to get a simple order. Should have had this many problems. I used a coupon so Tackle Direct decided to send it the slowest way possible which included handing it off to two different carriers.

Oct 19,2021Unfortunately,the original order was delivered damaged. I ordered a travel rod and the the tip was broke even though it seemed well protected. I followed the instructions and TackleDirect sent out the new rod after they received the damaged one. I was happy with the companies response.
