Jan 10,2013Tahoe Mountain Sports was one of few sites with the item I needed. They had a good price on the item, so I figured I'd try them out. I was a little nervous shopping with them during the holiday season, as I didn't know if they'd deliver my order on time. I shouldn't have worried. The order was quickly shipped and arrived well ahead of Christmas. Very happy with their quick service and ease of ordering, in spite of what must be a very busy season. My only disappointment was that the item - a disc golfing disc - was not as pictured. It was the correct product, just in a different color scheme than what was pictured. I had made the choice to order through Tahoe Mountain Sports because their disc was better looking than other sites with comparable prices, but ended up getting the disc that I saw elsewhere. Makes no difference in the function of the disc, but it's nice to receive what you saw on the site. I'd have no reservations in the ease of ordering and receiving my order from Tahoe Mountain Sport for future orders.

Jan 09,2013I purchased 10 lip balms made by Sol. A bit pricey, almost 3 dollars for each chap stick, but havent been able to find a different place to buy them as of yet. Smooth transaction & easy place to buy & the product arrived in a relatively short time. But when the shipping charges were added on, i feel i payed way too much. Will be looking for an altenative place i can purchase the same product

Jul 27,2011What caught my eye with Tahoe Mountain Sports, is there clean and accurate and up to date website. It grabbed the trust I needed to place an order. I placed an order over the weekend, and in two business days my package was here. The handling time was kept to a minimum, and the order was processed fast. There was a mix up and the wrong item was sent, so I jumped on there live chat, and there was someone there to help me. We told them about the mix up, and they siad no problem, we'll send your correct item to you asap and prepaid posted to send the wrong item back. The correct item came UPS faster that I had a chance to print and send back the other item! Wow! who does that! I'll be shopping here again with the top notch service these guys have. Amazing you guys! Nicely done.
