I needed to change my order which wasn't a problem at all to the team at Tahoe Mountain Sports. They were all very supportive and customer oriented. Something I miss dearly in Germany. I would recommend this shop to anyone without any doubt!

Dec 01,2013My 4 year old loves this coat. She is always very picky with her clothes and how they feel, but she had loved this coat ever since I put it on her. It keeps her warm And dry out in the snow for hours. We will try it out in a month or so on the slopes but I am confident I will see the same results. Love the fleece cuffs that keep the snow out of her wrists.

Oct 28,2013I placed my order for some hiking shoes on Saturday in order for me to get a few days to break them in before a camping trip the following Friday. I did not receive my shoes until the Friday that I was heading out. I'm not sure if I should place the blame on Tahoe Mountain Sports or USPS for this but 2 day shipping doesn't mean you will receive your item in 2 days. >=/
