Nov 16,2019I was really disappointed this year with the service. I always order a calendar to be delivered to a neighbour so my husband doesn't see this Christmas present. When ordering I put delivery address different from invoice address but for some reason it was delivered to my home address, not as required. Please take more care!

Nov 04,2019We went to Talyllyn Railway three times in a week. First time I took my daughter (which is 3 years old and not always easy to keep entertained) for a day out and she loved the experience. We stopped at one of the coffee shop and had a lovely hot chocolate and cake. We then went back with the whole family for the Halloween event which was simply amazing! Great entertainment and settings and the staff couldn't have done more! Last we went to the Talyllyn Railway for breakfast and that was excellent too :) Would highly recommend! Definitely the best attraction in Tywyn!

Nov 03,2019Simple really.......Wonderful Brilliant day out. Everything was as good as it gets. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very efficient. The trains were spotless as were the buildings, platforms, loos and restaurant. Food was delicious. This was our second visit this year and ....we will be back!!

Nov 01,2019It was disappointing because unlike the marketed experience, there was no scary story in the woods - just a very quick walk. The children were left disappointed. The fancy dress competition was also very rushed, and poorly managed.

Oct 20,2019A really good day out whether a train enthusiast or not. We booked the cream tea and it was perfect, we had a reserved table and the scones were perfect. We had Sunday lunch before the train ride also and it was a traditional home cooked meal. I would highly recommend this wonderful little railway.

Nov 27,2019I recently purchased the 2020 calendar from Talyllyn Railway and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The most surprising thing was the speed with which the item was received. I'd expected around a week and it took only two or three days. Then there was the packaging. I was not at home when the item was delivered by Royal Mail so the postman pushed the item, folded, through my rather small letterbox. However, because the package was so substantial no damage has been sustained to the contents. Oh yes, the calendar is fantastic, especially if like me you want to record appointments etc.
