Quick fast and good customer service
I have used Tamar before, working for a previous employer as an IT support administrator for multi-site company utilising various geographic landlines, using their systems on a daily basis. Decided to set up my own estate agency and needed a geographic landline - First company comes to mine - Tamar Communications. Very helpful, cheap and amazing support.
Very straight forward process, everything clearly explained before purchase, lower cost that I was expecting, set up was very fast and the follow up support was prompt and extremely professional. I can't think what could have been done better tbh.

I subscribed to the cheapest phone service just to see how things go but so far so good have not had any issue. Still early days!!!
Haven't collected a direct debit in three years so they send an invoice and snotty email every month instead, despite them having our bank details...they tell me they ' don't deal with Metro Bank ( our business bankers)' I recently had two mini-strokes in a week and didn't (couldn') pay their invoice... I run a non for profit funeral directors for the community and they have disconnected our 24hour funeral and bereavement support line. I am not allowed to drive till Friday to be able to get to work to pay their bill and have informed them of this. Their response is HARD luck......we want £100 to reconnect you. Till then don't bother us is effectively what they have told me. I would beg anyone to consider an alternative to this money-orientated and heatless outfit. I will be porting away from this outfit when I'm able to physically get back to my desk Please please please....if you run a business and need professionalism and a phone provider to doesn't act like a petulant child having a tantrum....look elsewhere!!

I've been with Tamar around 3-months now, without issue. Reliability is absolutely vital in business telecoms and so far they haven't let me down. I'll look to add outbound calling and professional call greetings if service levels remain this good. Thank you, Tamar.
Very happy with the service
Good website, clear options with fantastic prices. Good numbers on offer too. Customer service call came through quickly with a very friendly , helpful lady. All in all a perfect experience. We’re saving over £150 per month on our previous supplier whose customer service and rip off prices are a joke.
