Feb 06,2024We have been with Tamar for many years. Every upgrade gets worse. They recently changed something and didn't tell anyone so we couldn't access the outbound calling app. Only when I called in did they tell me. I have two numbers but after recent upgrade cannot switch between them in the outbound call app. I first have to log into the control panel app, makes the change, then go back to outbound call app. Too much faff, looking to switch to another provider.
