Jul 04,2024Good driver but some feedback. The driver was prompt, professional, friendly and had a great sized vehicle for all our luggage and comfort. I booked 2 days in advance as we needed a 4am pick up to the airport. But my only issue was details given prior to pickup. We were staying on the beachfront and they were bars and a nightclub open til 6am nearby so people and cars around the area all night so I asked the company for the drivers name and vehicle so that I wasn't getting into the wrong car as I speak no Spanish. But they cannot give you these details until the driver arrives - I think that is so strange. Even Uber tells you the driver and vehicle before pick up. I was also so worried about a cancelled reservation as they couldn't confirm anything like this for me until our actual pick up time and we had a flight to catch. When I contacted the 24/7 support chat at 3:45am asking for this info again they said 'he is driving so we cannot call him' - its 2024 - who doesn't take calls when driving?! And how do you not know the person who is on the way to pick us up?! So strange. And I asked would I get a text/call when he arrives so I am not standing on the street in the dark with my 2 year old and all our luggage - they said "no, so try to be outside for 4am" Anyway, great service, but probably wouldn't use again as I need more details prior as I was too anxious on the lead up to this booking.

He was very friendly & chatty even though he didn't speak any English & I speak very little Spanish. The car was very comfortable & spacious. We will definitely use this company again.

Jun 12,2024Best transfer I’ve ever had, literally every time I’ve used hoppa it’s been difficult trying to find the driver or long waits etc, walked out of baggage reclaim driver was by the door with our name on the sign. Easy will definitely use again.

As we drove, he told us about the different places we were passing. He was so friendly, a really lovely guy! Can’t praise him enough. Started off our holiday very nicely. Thank you.
