Dec 06,2022Wir wurden von der Wohnung abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht. Beim Einladen der Koffer hat der Fahrer einen unserer Koffer beschädigt. Wir haben Bilder gemacht und sollten uns an die Agentur wenden, so der Fahrer. Da wir zum Flieger mussten, haben wir die Meldung aus Deutschland gemacht. Als Antwort bekamen wir, dass sie nichts erstatten könnten, der Fahrer sagte der Koffer sei schon beschädigt gewesen. Ich finde es eine Unverschämtheit und geht so gar nicht.
