Jul 19,2020Bei jeder Bestellung folgte die Lieferung prompt - und das sogar auf eine Insel. Die Laufradsätze waren bis jetzt auch tadellos. Selbst die günstigen Nabendynamos werden optimal eingestellt.

Jun 24,2020Ordering is a messy process. There are at least three websites that apparently share the same users. You get redirected from one to the other (.fr .com .de). French translations are bad. I got an order confirmation by email, but there was a an error message on the webpage that also showed a confirmation that the order was successful. I can't see a trace of my order in the order list. The order list menu isn't even available on the French website. Tracking information is unclear. I have no idea what's happening with my order. I wonder when I'll get delivered. They display items that are out of stock, which is annoying. The offering and price seem good though. I really hope I get my wheels. Edit: I got an email from customer service telling they are awaiting payment. Since I'd already been through the whole process, and in the meantime my order had been cancelled, I quit and will be looking for another supplier.

Jun 23,2020Erst hat es ewig gedauert, bis das Packet ankam und jetzt würde ich es gern zurück schicken, weil es nicht passt. Tja, keine Reaktion. Weder E-mail noch Telefon. Echt traurig wenn nur die Eurozeichen in den Augen blitzen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel. Finger weg.

May 25,2020J'ai commandé a plusieurs reprises des roues VTT et a chaque fois j ai été satisfait. Envoi rapide. Je reconnais que l emballage est limité mais les roues n ont jamais subi de dommages durant le trajet. J ai commande directement sur leur site. Pas de soucis de transaction. Prix intéressant.

May 17,2020J'ai effectué la commande de deux jantes de vtt à double parois. L'expédition à été rapide et les jantes etaient parfaitement conditionnées pour maintenir le calibrage. Réception rapide. Surtout, excellent rapport qualité prix à l'allemande quoi !

Feb 29,2020Entgegen der Versicherung von Amazon, dass Rücksendungen kostenlos sind, ist dies bei dieser Firma anders. Man muss die Rücksendung bezahlen. Für mich eine miese Praxis !

Nov 15,2019Recently order a 26" DT swiss 535 rear wheel. Initially, we had a hiccup, as in the I could see a deduction from my bank account towards the purchase but they could not see the transfer. But Alexander from Taylor wheels was quite cordial and prompt, kept me posted and notified me the moment he saw the transaction details. I was quite amazed as the wheel arrived in no time and is priced quite low as compared to the competition and for its price the wheel is really well made. Would love to shop again from them!

Oct 13,2019Le site a planté après le paiement PayPal, impossible de retrouver mon compte client ou une trace de la commande par mail. J'ai dû les contacter pour que ma roue soit expédiée, et je n'ai pas reçu d'infos de suivi de livraison. La roue a fini par arriver mais pas assez protégée (elle se baladait dans le carton) dans un carton ouvert (merci GLS).

Sep 28,2019DES ESCROCS ! ! ! J'ai reçu des roues pas neuves qui sont voilées et pas le bon model ! J'ai ouvert un litige PAYPAL je dois retourner mon colis à mes frais pour me faire rembourser . Je déconseille fortement ce site d'escrocs , je me suis fait insulté au téléphone et raccrochez au nez . Si vous voulez des roues qui arrivent voilées en vrac dans un carton foncez , sinon allez franchement voir ailleurs .

Aug 10,2019J'ai une fois commandé une jante arrière 26" elle est arrivée démontée (c'est normal) la qualité était présente, au début je me méfiais mais il y a vraiment aucun risque si on paye par paypal de toute façon et puis ils vendent sur eBay je recommande

Jul 04,2019Ich fahre seit 20 Jahren ein Kettler Alu-Rad mit Shimano STX 3x7 Schaltung. Nach einem Hinterradschaden suchte ich einen neuen preiswerten Laufradsatz und wurde bei Taylor Wheels fündig. Da ich nicht sicher war ob meine alte Kassette auf das neue Hinterrad passt fragte ich unter der Servicenummer nach. Hier erhielt ich eine sehr kompetente und professionelle Beratung. Nach einem kompatibilitätsabgleich empfahl mir der freundliche Herr eine HG40 Kassette mitzubestellen die für kleines Geld montiert wurde. Der Selbsteinbau der Laufräder war kein Problem, alle Teile passen und machen einen qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck.

Feb 22,2019Über Taylor Wheels und die Qualität der Ware kann ich nicht viel sagen, weil die Ware Dank DPD einfach nicht ankommen will. Der pickup-shop behauptet, das Paket wäre nie angekommen, der dpd-Fahrer behauptet der pickup-shop hätte die Annahme verweigert. Also setzt dpd den Paket-Status auf "erfolgreich ausgeliefert". Erst auf Nachfrage merkt dpd, daß das Paket im Zustellzentrum ist. Nach Adressänderung zu einem alternativen pickup-shop stellt dpd eine Unstimmigkeit der Adresse fest. Und dabei ist dessen Adresse ist 1:1 aus dem pickup-shop finder herauskopiert... Hätte ich die Wahl gehabt, hätte ich an eine Packstation von der gelben Konkurrenz senden lassen. Taylor Wheels bietet diese Möglichkeit nicht, deshalb gutmütige 2 Sterne.

Oct 16,2018I needed a cheap wheel and an extractor -The object descriptions on the website are very precise. - I managed to find what I was looking for for a good price - Initially I received only the exctor as they forgot to ship the wheel, and after sending the email they replied after a couple of hours (6h) to fix the mistake. - Both shipments were quite fast - around 2-3 days. - The never replied me to the phone. Initially I was quite worried , but actually I received the order so I cannot complain beside some delay.
