Nov 02,2022It’s a fake company so don’t waste your time. Flashy website and it’s not like me to get scammed but wish I read all the reviews first! Placed an order 5th October had one reply from customer service on instagram saying don’t worry we will sort it. Roll on a few weeks and now they are reading my messages and not even bothering to reply. Paid by credit card but not covered by section 75 as the transaction was under £100. Doesn’t look like I’m the only one getting scammed. Makes me wonder how they get away with it!

Oct 15,2022Seems to be a shiny scam site - bots posting purchased items in past ten minutes and such.. they have some positive reviews on here but the seem fake to. We ordered an item in august (Order #Tec3908), received a single email and then nothing for 2 months. We've zero contact and status shows awaiting fulfilment. Fortunately I used paypal so I can get the funds back all things being good.

Aug 22,2022Ordered 2 separate items in July - order numbers 2672 and 2673. Despite numerous requests about expected delivery date, I keep getting a message saying they will notify me when product ships. Have tried calling - no answer. Left my details for them to call back - silence. Have tried the on-line chat, no-one there. If there is anyone there and they are ignoring customer requests then the service support is very poor. Aug 18,2022I fear that Techanove is a 'fake/scam site. After seeing some convincing advertising on Instagram - I checked out a product on their website and had/saw no concerns, making an order in good faith. But, trying to track delivery, trying to communicate through their chat bot and sending many emails without 'any' reply, plus a dead phone line when calling them, made me think that 'I've been scammed'... To their credit, PayPal agreed with me and they refunded my full amount immediately. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH 'TECHANOVA', I fear that they're a FAKE company.

Apr 25,2022Until Now they haven't respond to my queries regarding the tracking number. I've ordered 2 items which were 1. Mini Fighter Jet By Techanova™ - Tecanova 2. CactusParrot ™ - Smart Cactus Toy and spoken to one of their support manager, Nyla, she keeps saying that she will provide the tracking numbers shortly until now yet to receive.. it's been a month already. emailed them no response till now. was it a scam website by scamming ppl with hard work earn money. Ordered on 2nd April 2022 and till now no answer from them as they promised to provide the tracking numbers shortly. I have proof and dunno how to upload it here.

Jan 17,2022I placed an order and the given tracking number was not linked to my address and was delivered to someone else. So basically I paid an item that I did not receive until yet. Mistakes could happened but when a company does not answering email and even by the online chat nobody is answering back then it is lack of consideration for their customers. It seems that this company is much more reactive to answer in such website and preoccupied of its e-reputation than to satisfy their customers.
