May 27,2021The instructions for loading the app and getting the phone to work wit the camera are not correct nor well put. I have a QR scan so I don't need to download the one in the directions. I can't find the app on the GooglePlay store. I'm unable to get the camera to function so its useless right now. Quite frustrating. I'm glad I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for the camera.

May 13,2021I haven't received any information after the order was placed 8 days ago. I went to the chat, and it took years for someone to reply even with the "Green response immediately" message. After I told him my order number, I waited too long, and ask if should i go or wait....did not reply back and I close the chat.
