I was initially sceptical and hesitant to place an order as I had no orders with the company before. In the end I decided to go with tecnosystems.uk due to the competitive pricing and availability. Communication was fast and spot-on and the delivery of the solution was fantastic given I'm located in Belfast, NI. I had it at my doorstep perfectly packed and delivered the next day. Amazing customer service, highly recommend. My order was delayed due to an unknown reason with the delivery service and China at Techno Systems customer service chased up on it keeping me informed with regular updates. The laptop finally arrived yesterday. Well packed, works perfectly, just what I ordered, great price. Will definitely order again and recommend to others.

Very good, laptop in good order, cosmetically good, operates very well and delivery was quick. However, the courier delivered it to two addresses which was confusing given it was one item.
