Jan 08,2021I bought a recon laptop at the weekend and it was dispatched to me on the Monday by UPS. I got it the next day as told, on checking it I had a problem with the touchpad buttons so I sent them a whats app message and I got a message straight back saying he had emailed me a return UPS label and that I could have a full refund no problem. I told him that if he could repair it I would like it back, and was told they would come back to me on getting it back. The next day I got a message back saying they had fit a new touchpad keypad and it was all fine and would be sent back to me and I would get it Thursday morning the next day. It arrived as told today and all is perfect now and they sent me a new Dell laptop bag free of charge. I am so impressed with the prompt service and messages and emails I got with no hassle at all and an apology for any inconvenience I have encountered. I would 100% recommend Techno Systems MC to anyone and I will definitely use again.

Answering my numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble. I ordered my Dell 5490 on Monday and was in possession of it on Tuesday. In a time where I am homeschooling 3 children this is a life saver. Thank you Mariusz Ciepka for the amazing service especially. Have already recommended you to several friends already. Will be using again if I need any other similar products.

Dec 31,2020I have a HP Elitebook G5 840 via work and it's very impressive. Wanted to get one for the family to use and found these guys on a search. Not too fussy that it's a refurbished machine and the odd cosmetic mark isn't an issue to me, but the huge saving on new is very important. The machine arrived today well packaged and free delivery with UPS. Exactly as described and photographed, working perfectly in every way and the whole deal absolutely hassle free. I really recommend Techno Systems - easy purchase, fast and efficient service, massive saving.

Dec 22,2020The Grade A Dell laptop I bought arrived in great condition, and at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Technosystems dispatched it in a very timely way, and kept me informed via email. The only problem I experienced was that the delivery company failed to achieve its stated deadline, and was actually 24h late - but with Covid-related chaos and massive Christmas deliery activity this year I think that's perfectly acceptable/understandable. I would definitely use Technosystems again, and indeed it's now my first choice of site when looking for refurbished machines
