Dec 18,2020I am very happy with my purchase of a Dell laptop, and my experience of the Techno Systems website. The laptop arrived promptly, well packaged, and was as described. I have been using it for a few days now and everything seems to be in good working order so far. I have bought a number of refurbished laptops over the years and have generally been pleased with them. This is probably the best one I've had so far.

Dec 18,2020Delivery is prompt and refurbished machines are always well presented. Have now purchased 4 from this company and all of my staff use them. Why but new when you can get great equipment secondhand.

Dec 18,2020Great service. I had been messed about by another supplier when I was looking to purchase a refurbished laptop. I was frustrated, so searched again and found a slightly better spec unit, for just a little more at Techno Systems. What a contrast. Slick and efficient, the laptop, exactly as described for A+ condition was in my hands the next day. Being VAT registered, the system they use that doesn't provide a VAT receipt is a bit of a pain, but worth putting up with for the first rate service and honesty.

Dec 15,2020The refurbished laptop is better than I expected as you are never sure until you receive it, but I can confirm that the website photos showed an accurate assessment of the laptop's condition. It was well packaged and well protected in an air filled bubble sleeve and arrived swiftly by courier. I am really pleased with my purchase and will certainly use Techno again.

Having come across the Techno Systems website I was very sceptical about the low prices offered as they seemed too good to be true - how could a brand new laptop be so low compared to other retailers. So, I did some checking around; Companies House, Trustpilot etc and nothing appeared negative. Having hesitated for a few days, I did proceed with purchasing a laptop. My fears were completely unfounded. The laptop was brand new and unopened. The serial number was the same as the photograph that was included in the item listing. Checking on the HP website confirmed the warranty remaining was as stated on the listing. I had nothing to fear. Super smooth transaction. kept updated as regards delivery and arrived very promptly. One very happy customer. Techno Systems will be my first destination when I am next considering a purchase. Thank you!!

Dec 01,2020Wow! Leading up to my purchase I had looked at a number of options. I have had Parkinson's for the past 12 years and I engaged with a number of providers. Purchasing on the net can be difficult, being unable to see the salesman's face. A limited budget is also disadvantageous which is why I wanted to purchase a refurbished laptop. The proprietor took the time to put me at ease with the concept. I phoned again the next day and after further discussion made the purchase. The very next day an immaculate Dell E7470 arrived. I am thrilled with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend Techno Systems. At the risk of making a rod for the MD's back I must thank him for the very thoughtful gift to help with typing whilst experiencing a Parkinson's tremor. The purchase was made by Richard Tyner. Re

Nov 25,2020Like many others who posted - it seemed too good to be true but I can attest that's not the case. I'm very happy with my purchase, performance, packaging and as described - like new. Very responsive on the one query I had, and unlike other refurb sites I visited I could see a lot more about what I was getting before I hit Pay - and I got what was on the photos. One minor comment was that it wasn't obvious to me how to add RAM at the purchase stage - I figured it out later (add it to the basket separately).
