I bought a purse from this site and it is bad quality and you can't fit your cards in all of the card slots, the clip to close the purse doesn't always work and the design of the purse means you can't close it properly? It was very expensive so i'm not happy!

Just about to have a look for more items - found the prices brilliant and despite only paying for standard delivery which said 2-5 working days it arrived the following day. I had ordered a number of breakable items and all were expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent cannot fault it!

I thought i had ordered four items and placed an order for such. The confirmation email came through and items had been added and charged for which was placed in my shopping baskets severs months ago and did not show when completing this order. I called customer services and a trainee answered who could not help, rang again and was told the unwanted items would be canceled and my card refunded. I called customer services on Monday following no refund and i still have no refund, guess i have to call again.

I paid a lot of money and didn't get my order. Not impressed. When I followed up I was told to go to the sorting office. Apparently it's my job to deliver it to myself.

2nd time round, ordered another batch of 4 - good price, inc. out of stock material - safely wrapped, arrived on time. Much appreciated. Hi folks, Just to say I ordered 4 candles, 2 of them out of stock in the shops - so they were found, safely despatched, and arrived on time, Great job all round. Well pleased.

What can I say about this company!!! Ordered on-line on Monday afternoon 5 x Christmas Yankee Candles (Jars Large) cheapest prices around by far even though some of them were the new fragrances out this year, I selected standard delivery as figured I don't need them in a hurry as they are for December.....they arrived 2 days later - less than 48hrs from order to delivery!!! Will definitely be recommending these guys to all my friends as this is excellent service, prices etc. Keep up the fab work, just wished I'd found you sooner! :)
