Apr 16,2025Raised a complaint and being ignored. Sold me a car in August with the below issues.. Engine management light - vehicle in limp home mode 5 engine management lights particulate filter clogged boost pressure circuit upper limit turbo solenoid valve control voltage low pre heat unit electrical fault Turbo charger boost signal outside upper limit vehicle heavily corroded underneath rear axel suspension bushes perished vehicle will need dpf re generation suspected turbo failure £6500 for a car not fit for purpose emailed several times with not a single response. Car apparently fully serviced and mot'd by them day before purchase. I will be going to motor ombudsman and myfinance company as well as trading standards. Absolutely disgusting! The best thing about this is that they told me an independent garage carried out the service and the mot and didn't pick up on any issues...turns out zenon services (the garage) and concept cars have the same director Kelly Malley. So they are passing cars off as decent through their "idependant garage" initially providing 3 months warranty that isn't worth the paperwork it's wrote on and laughing at you when it all goes wrong and accepting zero responsibility!

Apr 12,2025Really good experience, had call with Gaz and he quickly sorted the finance which we thought may of been more difficult and chose car which fits into what we wanted to pay and collected car a few days later when it worked for us. Super quick and easy process, would recommend.

Apr 12,2025The lovely man who sold me the car was great polite and helpful the car how ever was faulty now on it’s 4th fault and the after sales branch manager and complaint person need to work on there customer service first fault happened within a couple of days company sorted as within the 30 days but after the 30 days you have no hope and today they have told lies to the finance company saying it’s just wear and tear and warranty wouldn’t pay funny haven’t claimed on the warranty if I could go back in time would never buy this car as this month alone I’ve spent 600 pound and the responses from this company are disgusting they do not care once they have your money and 30 days have passed even though I have every right to return the car do not buy from this company as you do not know what you are buying and if you get a fault dream on for any assistance this has really affected me as a single working mum with a disabled son who I use the car to transport how I’ve been treated is disgusting will never buy from you again as you sell faulty cars

Apr 06,2025Within 14 hours of applying I drove away in 2 cars one for me and one for my partner. Never experienced better customer service in my life. Wouldn't go anywhere else for as long as I am financing cars.

He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the car that I decided to go with. Would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a trustworthy place to get a car from!🙂

Apr 03,2025I’ve been there today with a credit score of 555 out of 700 and been declined in the office when online I was accepted and told to go to the stand to finalise the finance. Maybe bcz the guy doesn’t like immigrants or so bcz was not the same guy I dealt with on Whatssap. The guy who i spoke in the office was beyond rude and I can say I felt a bit of racism from him when he saw I was Portuguese. So doesn’t matter if you have bad or good credit score… matter if you are English or not… I will take this review off if anyone from the company contact me and explain why I was declined in office and online I was approved.
