Very communicative with clear instructions for pick up and delivery. Drivers were late for both pickups but texted me multiple times with updates. Shipped two items on two different trucks, one arrived a day early.

Friendly delivery drivers and customer support staff. Slight price premium compared to competitions, but still reasonable and very much worth the reliability.
Very pleased with whole experience! They contracted a truck company called Golden Key Express who ended up being excellent. Both groups communicated well and got me booked within 48 hours of making request. Payment was easy and expectations were made clear so there were no surprises. Would definitely use both companies again without hesitation!

Horrible experience and probably too much to type here. Basics are that they made commitments, didn't meet those commitments and then blamed industry issues, trucking companies and drivers. They even lied to us, blaming the auction house for pickup issues and the auction house confirmed that this was not what happened, so they outright lied. We paid extra for enclosed shipping and got open shipping. We paid for door-to-door service and had to meet the driver 8 miles away and transfer the item to our trailer in the dark. We had to follow up with them as they repeatedly didn’t follow up with us. Basically, we paid them to be a middleman, with no perceivable added value other than to make the experience a horrible one.

If you are okay with extremely poor communication and Tempus not actually knowing where your shipment is, you should use Tempus. We found out our car was picked up from the dealer 18 hours before Tempus did. Tempus told us it would be delivered on a Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening we reached out and Tempus had no idea where our car was. The system that is supposed to track the shipment doesn’t really work so we had no idea if our shipment was going to arrive. For example our car was coming from Minnesota to Pa and at one point it said it was in GA. It was planned to be en route for 36 hours but ended up being a 3 day experience. We understand delays happen but not without proactive communication. Horrible experience.
