Sep 22,2022I needed to replace the ten button top NiCd C-cells in our home alarm controller panel and was having a difficult time locating a source. Found them on Tenergy's website. Ordered on Sunday morning and they arrived via UPS two days later (with basic shipping. Batteries were exact replacements and in new condiion. Very pleased.

Sep 21,2022Nice selection of battery products and ordered what I needed. I will say it took them 6 days to process order and ship it out. And that is after I sent in a message to customer service asking about order and when I could expect it. For two small batteries this waiting period was excessive and will likely be almost a week and a half. Hopefully products work correctly when I do finally receive them.

Only gave 4 stars, however, as made call because never received E-mail acknowledging order with number and tracking data although was sent customer survey request. No real problem, just felt compelled to make call after several days to confirm order was in fact on the way (which it was).
