Finally we found them on Tenergy website. They came already charged as they stated in their information. Our solar light is very bright now.

Aug 13,2022I used your tracking app and once it arrived at a UPS customer service hub it sat for 3 days and when I called requesting to pick it up before being transferred to USPS instead of just being delivered to my address I was told I couldn’t change the process. UPS wanted $8 and Tenergy to call and ask for it to be held and wouldn't let me come pick it up. Tenergy refused to make the call, I’m not impressed and would prefer that I be able to pick up MY purchased items given the fact that it’s already been 5days and will now be 8. I won’t be ordering anything further and so a zero you will get. Thanks !

Reguardless of the quantities ordered, the shipping costs often costs far more then the items. They need to get a grip on this as many are turned off as soon as they see the delivery costs!

Jul 26,2022I use Tenergy NiMh slow discharge in all flashlights and electronics. These batteries stay charged and I'm happy with how long they last, which is many years and many recharges. The Pro batteries have noticeably better output and runtime in flashlights. I recommend to friends.
