I Ordered on a Sunday, was due to be shipped on a Tuesday and get to me by a Wednesday, there was a delay of 1 day with my order, but the customer care helped a lot with updates and questions I had. Shout out to Dean from the tennisnuts team, he was really helpful throughout my order. I got my order on the Thursday and loved my racket very dearly. Hats off to Tennisuts for this incredible experience and product.

Oct 30,2024I've returned the item because I ordered the wrong thing, i never recieved confirmation that the item was received, I still haven't had my money refunded, I'm now going through my credit card to get my money back! Ordering with tennis nuts is great, trying to return is a nightmare, I've dealt with an unbelievably inept member of staff, which further compounded my frustration!
