Oct 11,2024The padel racket looked as if it had been used, I emailed them to advise this and asked for an update. The racket was bought as new but had scratches and scuffs on the surface… nothing back from them at all or no response to phone calls…

Tennisnuts has PAPER Based form you complete and send back with the return!!! and if Royalmail decides not to come and collect your parcel (which I have had happen more than once), that is your problem. So dont be counting on any return you think you can send back to TennisNuts, they make it your problem to sort out
