However I contacted them regarding a split on a recently purchased Padel racket, quick exchange of emails and some pictures and within 2 days the matter was resolved, you find out a lot about a Busines when you have a problem and these guys were great

Sep 29,2024Ordered Asics court shoes for squash in late May, they arrived on time but are of poor quality and have come apart at the side seams within 3 months of wearing. I contacted their customer support team to see if they could offer an exchange or refund and was met with no response…there are plenty of other websites selling similar styles so I’ll order from them in the future.
