Their support is punctual and clear, they are well willing to help during the steps in collecting documents and evidencies as well as providing further details in case we had any doubts or questions. Nov 24,2024I have used Seraphus for my wife's permission to stay in the UK 1. Tourist visa - success 2. First residence permit - success 3. Indefinite leave to remain - success 4. Passport - success Paying legal fees is cheaper and better value than risking a refused application. Before Seraphus I had failed 4 times. Three different lawyers. They have all been brilliant. Well done to Hannah Wilkinson for the ILR and passport.

Nov 14,2024We had an extremely difficult case with a number of refused visa applications, we took it to our MP and Citizens Advice Bureau. Due to the complexity of the case and pressing family issues it was too complex for CAB and they advised to seek representation from the best and most highly recommended and they went to check with other solicitors and confirm, they came back to us and recommended Seraphus. We can't thank or recommend them enough. Due to the difficulty of our situation it was extremely stressful and anxious time, but Filip who worked on our case was extremely professional, thorough, explained everything so clearly it helped us feel supported during such a difficult time, and that even though it was complex with different issues affecting our application, we knew we were in the best hands and that Filip was leaving nothing unturned, despite the uncertainty, that was so reassuring and made a difficult process much easier on our family. Our visa application was accepted! We know it would not have been possible without Filip's work and the team at Seraphus. It is difficult to even put into words how much this has meant, and it's been difficult to write a review as words don't do justice but it is always on our mind as we're beyond thankful everyday and so thankful and grateful that we got this recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the same to others. Apr 18,2025I’ve sought Seraphus’s help (Alex in particular) for both my ILR and naturalisation applications. As someone with a not-so straightforward application (at least as far as I know!) I had a lot of anxiety about getting all my documentation right. Alex was really meticulous at every step of both application processes and kept me reassured about its progress throughout. I’m absolutely certain I wouldn’t have been able to complete these processes myself owing to the extensive documentation, understanding of immigration law (and all the nitty gritty clauses!), and ability to tie these together cohesively in a cover letter that such applications require. If you’re on the lookout for a dedicated and reliable immigration law team, I can’t recommend Alex and the wider Seraphus team enough!
