Aug 27,2022gave one star as ordered tuesday its friday evening and its still not here. I fly sat morning and had to spend another £40 buying another which i got the same day! i asked for a refund and they will not give me one. Not impressed at all

Aug 26,2022I have a horrible experience. The customer service was arrogant, reluctant and agressive. We did not get any items from them, therefore I could not go to my vacation. When I asked refund, they denied it, regarding the items (what we did not get ) were hygienic things ... ridiculous. I suggest everyone to avoid ordering from them.

Aug 26,2022Ordered in Monday delivered Wednesday which is when we needed them for, quite a lot of packaging as each test kit is in its own box but then it is handy to keep one in your bag all the time just incase you need to test whilst out.
