Aug 17,2022Test booked and paid for. Kit arrived. No video call appointment & no way to get in touch with the company. They are ignoring texts & emails & there is no telephone number. A very dodgy, unreliable company. Not even worth one star. We have been badly let down & left in the lurch

Aug 17,2022I booked the express PCR test. It arrived on time. I completed it and posted it in time for the first postal pick up. It was 24 hour post, and 12 hours testing time. I expected the results at 12am, but didn't need them before 7am. They arrived later that evening. Fortunately, I was able to show proof of vaccine status on arrival. I don't expect the results instantaneously, I do however expect that when paying £15 for express analysis that the results arrive quicker.
