Nov 19,2022We have used TFM twice now as our experience the first time was of a professional and highly accommodating company. We were extremely happy this second time around as well, especially as it was a very long distance move. The quote process was very easy with someone actually coming out to see us and check what would be needed and then they were incredibly helpful when it came to issues with exchange and getting a completion date. During the move they packed with amazing speed and efficiency along with their team being super friendly, polite and helpful. We could not have asked for more from a removals company and we're very grateful for the stress-free and simple house move we used them for (with not a single item damaged or broken).

Nov 12,2022We moved to Cornwall from Essex in 2021 and looked at numerous removal companies as we needed to store our furniture until we found somewhere to live. TFM Removals had been recommended to us by a family member who had used them to move to France. From the moment Ralph arrived, I knew we were going to use TFM. I explained what I wanted to do and he immediately explained the reasons why my idea wouldn't work and it was down to the cost, it was going to cost me a lot more doing my way. At every point of our contact with TFM, things were explained, costings were up front and everyone was so helpful, at no point was there anything too much trouble. Every appointment that was made, they were on time and never missed one. When the day came for us to move out, they were on the phone, confirming their arrival time, they were clean, putting covers everywhere to protect carpets and door ways, they were so careful with all our items, not just the big things but everything. Our furniture was in storage for a year and when it came for us to move into our new home, TFM couldn't be more helpful. We sorted out the date, they plotted their route to us and were spot on time once again. The removal chaps worked like trojans and again, noting was too much trouble. We are unable to find the words that best describe how grateful we are the Ralph and his team, they made our move to Cornwall an absolute pleasure, we cannot recommend them highly enough BRILLIANT. Nov 10,2022I have rated TFM with 5 stars. The company genuinely wants to support its customers and provide a first class service. All the staff are friendly, exceptionally helpful and any query I had was answered exceptionally quickly. I thoroughly recommend TFM and would certainly use this company again if necessary.

Nov 10,2022We had to do nothing, we moved out on the 28 October and all our furniture went into storage, the guys were brilliant they took all the stress out of the day and then when they moved us into our new home on 29 October they were just as good.

Oct 23,2022TFM were great from start to finish. We lived a little further out so they conducted a estimate via video call and then delivered our boxes the following week, which was really helpful. On moving day a team of 3 arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully to empty our house. At the other end everything was put into the rooms we asked for and the whole move was completed by lunchtime, which was amazing. All our belongings were treated carefully and floor protection was used in both properties, we didn't have to ask. We suffered no scrapes to walls and zero breakeages. (Which is a miracle considering how much china we have!) We wouldn't hesitate to recommend TFM to friends and family!

Oct 20,2022Cannot fault any of the guys who helped pack, store, and then unload the storage containers. What was meant to be storing for a couple of months turned into over a year, with a change of final address as well. Ralph was amazing both coming out to quote initially, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest (as some other people were). Indeed, he advised to just make sure whoever we used was on the BAR. There aren’t enough stars to give them. They really did save us in a tight corner, and did it with smile son their faces the whole time… even when delivering in the rain. Would use them again without hesitation.

The staff didn't stop working, were all extremely polite and just a great team. Everyone i experienced from the office to the delivery guys were fantastic and i cannot recommend enough. Thank you once again TFM - a fantastic business you have there!!

Sep 26,2022The guys from TFM were fantastic. Worked so hard but always polite and friendly. Lots of tea and coffee kept them going! We paid the extra for packing on Ralph’s recommendation and it certainly took the pressure off. Would definitely recommend.

Sep 05,2022TFM did their usual brilliant job, the day was warm and muggy and the guys from TFM had to move a lot of furniture up two flights of narrow stairs. They did this with humour and efficiently. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

Nov 28,2022TMF were superb from the moment i got in contact with them for a quote till the day the help me move into my house, they were very polite and organised throughout the day, even after a three hour delay for the release of the keys and the fact that it was pouring with rain when they were unloading the vans I didn’t hear one complaint.
