Feb 20,2023It’s a rare pleasure: to be fully satisfied with a service delivered at a reasonable price. This crew were really first-rate from the very first enquiry to the last courtesy call, checking that everything went well. They didn’t over-promise to get the job and the move team were on-time, careful, efficient, polite, helpful and friendly. All the things that you would hope for but so often don’t quite get. Well, TFM gets 10/10 on all measures from me - and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

Feb 08,2023Superb service from start to finish - I cannot recommend TFM highly enough. Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly, and really helped me out at short notice. I had several items in storage with TFM which were collected separately, and on both occasions the staff went above and beyond to accommodate both my needs and those of the collection drivers. Personal, top-notch service and very reasonably priced; I would highly recommend TFM to anybody.

Jan 14,2023I was very apprehensive moving from a large house after our 4 kids flew the nest, to a smaller country location down the end of a small lane. I needn’t of worried! The guys at TFM thought of every possibility & carried out our move in a way no other removal company offered us. The move took place over 5 days in total, giving us time to breathe & relax after each stage with TFM storing our belongings to enable them to run smaller vans to our new property in different stages. Extremely polite, cheerful & hard working, they took all the stress out of our move & we can’t thank them enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, you’ll definitely be in safe hands.

Dec 21,2022TFM packed us up and then put all our home into store where it stayed for some 18 months. Eventually we found a new home and they travelled a long way up country to deliver our belongings. Even though it had all been in store for a long time all was in perfect condition and we have unpacked a lot of stuff and we have no damage to anything. Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and I must say Ralph in the office and Adam (new dad!) and the rest of the guys have made it much more bearable.

We had a very stressful purchase of a new build but knowing Jamie and Stats were packing and moving our belongings, put our minds at ease. Ralph goes above and beyond (even checking in on his weekend away) to make sure his customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The most recent move involved him packing an antique Chandelier without me being there, I needn't have worried it was packed very well and a lot of care was taken to transport and store it.This was part of a long move to Scotland. He phoned in advance to re-confirm what was required and the men doing the move were very professional and kind. I have no hesitation to recommend TFM for any removal, your in safe hands.
