Jan 26,2022I have NEVER written a review before but felt I had to for TFM Removals. I used TFM for my removal on the recommendation of my best friend who moved just before Christmas. I was contacted by Ralph who did the initial assessment and he was available to talk me through my decisions and changes to my previous decisions (lol) with good humour and professionalism. Josh and his team arrived early and got on with the removal. They made sure that they protected all the carpets and walls. They were unfailingly courteous and helpful. I had a garage full of items but no garage at my new home only a cycle store. I was so impressed by their initiative in getting all the items in and still individually accessible, items which I thought I would have to cram into the house. From start to finish TFM were an excellent example of how to run a business. Jennifer

Jan 18,2022We cannot thank Ralph and all the team enough! We were not completely packed when the guys arrived to move us but it was no problem. They assured us that they would sort it out and they did, leaving us to make the bacon sandwiches. It really was a relief to have the complete move taken care of. TFM are a family run business and it shows by their expertise in both removals and most importantly customer service with a personal touch. We will be moving North in a few years and there is no doubt to who we will be calling to take care of us again. Thank you all at TFM.

Jan 02,2022TFM were brilliant. They were certainly not the most expensive quote we had but as friends had used them and were very pleased we decided to try them. They were clear on what they offered for each price and we had them pack all the china which saved time and nothing was broken. They were very organised and nothing was too much trouble. Wardrobe containers and boxes were provided in advance and on the day it went like clockwork. As everything was in storage for 6 months I was a little concerned it might be damp. However, although very cols on delivery Everything was in perfect condition on unpacking. The container was sealed when finished loading and on delivery my husband was invited to witness the breaking of this seal. Nothing was missing. We were delighted with the service we received.Thank you to all the Ralph and all theTFM team. Well done!

Communications were excellent, everybody involved from original booking to completion excellent, very helpful and friendly. Take all the stress out of moving. Cannot recommend highly enough. It’s an emotional process moving home but made easier from the packing to storing and the final arrival of our stuff by TFM was very reassuring. Top quality, would absolutely use again but have no intentions to move again soon 😀

Dec 20,2021From the first call to the office for a quote to moving into my new home from Essex to the South of England was first class. All staff from the office, the assessor, manager, and the removal team. were polite, helpful, considerate and understanding. even when my first move collapsed and my move delayed until i found another property they were so kind. The pre-assesement by one of the drivers, gave me good advice to packing but, more importantly explained why the request was being made, which then made sense and was better for everyone. No question was too much. They were a wonderful team and a great asset to the company each and every one of them. I have no hestiation in recommending them for any removal. Thank you all so much.
