Aug 26,2021We had a team of 3 for 3 days, packing, disassembling, moving and reassembling our stuff. TFM were professional, responsive and helpful from first contact through to last. The removals team worked tirelessly and were all respectful, polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more: thank you again TFM!

Aug 18,2021We are so glad we chose TFM. Moving house with 2 kids is very stressful and they made everything so much easier. Right from the start, the process was smooth with plenty of information. The crew who moved us were professional, efficient, polite and helpful. No complaints at all!

Aug 13,2021Have just had the best service fromTFM! From first phone call to Ralph who explained everything and prices. I had to put furniture in storage as well and it was very reasonable.. On moving out day Josh and John were very helpful and courteous to moving in when I had the same service from Stats and Nick. All lovely helpful people even Chloe who does all the admin couldn't have been more helpful. Trust me don't waste your time with other removal companies! TFM are the best!!!

Aug 12,2021Ralph was extremely helpful in advising me how to extract my possessions from another storage company I was not happy with. Removed all into storage in 2017, partly returned those I needed in 2018. Remainder kept in storage till 2 weeks ago, so have kept safely for me for nearly 4 years! Each time they removed or returned to 2 different addresses and couldn't have been more helpful. Ralph and his team were polite and considerate, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use TFM again for removals or storage. A big thank you to the whole TFM team.

Aug 12,2021I have used TFM for moving out of my Flat last year, they were quick and professional, taking good care of my belongings. Itemising all boxes and items. My belongings have been in storage since and I have been able to enlist their aid again to empty the container into a purchased shed. They were prompt and on time within the time I was given for their arrival, and completed the decant quickly. I needed some items in a neighbours garage, some indoors and the rest in the shed. They all of this without issue, and everything was stacked up neatly. Thank you TFM I would recommend them.

Jul 21,2021I'd like to start with the positives. The owner was very helpful when I was enquiring and his guys on the day were very polite. I did have a couple of struggles however. I had only moved the previous year using another company and so assumed the service would be similar however I was told on the day that bubble wrapped fragile items could not be taken (I then had to load in my car), lampshades had to be removed from lamps, the washing machine could not be disconnected (I begged them to do it as I am on my own and had no option). At the other end I had asked the guys to connect my washing machine at my own risk and the chap looked and told me he couldn't as it needed isolators. I then had to buy these and find a plumber pretty quickly - when he came he didn't need the isolators and just connected the pipes so I feel I was misled and this has cost me c£50. Maybe this is all in the small print but as I said I had expected a similar if not better service from this company based on all the reviews that I had read but in reality it gave me more challenges than I needed at a stressful time. It wasn't a bad service, just decidedly average.

They completely packed and removed everything from my 2 bedroom flat in the space of only a few hours and stored for a couple of months before moving to my new house. Zero breakages and extra consideration was given to access at both ends of the move. A really friendly, professional team. Would definitely use again (although I don't plan on moving again in a hurry!)

Jul 10,2021The guys at TFM turned up as planned, worked tirelessly all day in humid conditions resting briefly only for refreshments and a bite to eat. Very pleasant friendly guys, very helpful and couldn’t of asked for a better service. We would always recommend TFM, many’s thanks to Ralph and his team, right down the chain to Chloe in the office who was very helpful and pleasant to us throughout the process which went without a hitch.
