Jan 12,2021Have been meaning to write this review for some time. Brilliant firm; so helpful, calm organized and efficient. Right from first contact to conclusion at my new home. I have to say, the calm way in which the removal guys operated was so helpful, as moving can be stressful, even when everything goes to plan! I had my furniture and belongings in storage with them for a time as my new home was not ready for me to move into. Once I was able to move into my new home, they were again punctual and calm and totally respectful of my belongings. Everything went perfectly. I had help with packing when leaving my old home so I didn't even have to worry about that. Highly recommended!

This was my first time properly moving and everyone who I dealt with was very helpful with explaining the removal process as it would be carried out and also in advising the best way to approach packing my belongings to minimise the impact after the removals was complete. On the day of the removal I was very impressed with how swift and smoothly they packed everything into the truck and with the current pandemic ongoing they were very respectful in maintaining social distancing. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering them for removals.

Jan 06,2021My daughter used the services of TFM to move from Surrey into store with selected items to my house in Essex and then load selected items to be put into store with the rest. From the first enquiry to completion they have been brilliant, I had been in the removal industry for over 40 years until I retired so I have worked with removal teams all over the country and I have to say the TFM guys are some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. As soon as they arrived they laid protection on the road to prevent the ramps damaging the road, protected the floor, and the building fabric, the crew were cheerful, polite. and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent communication and so friendly from the outset. The guys on the moving days were fantastic, polite, careful and so hard working. Dec 01,2020Excellent service from the first phone call right up to collecting our empty boxes once we had unpacked. Packing service was excellent, they stored our belongings safely for 4 months and were very professional and friendly moving us back into our home. Highly recommend

Nov 25,2020A neighbour recommended TFM to us, from the first phone call with Ralph I knew we had found the company to move us ! Adam came round to do the quote & drop the boxes off, the right amount I might add .... We were moving from Essex to Scotland, but needed storage as we hadn't yet found a new home. The first container was loaded so quickly, Adam & the team were brilliant, no complaints in helping with the last rush of bits we hadn't yet packed. The second container filled just as quickly & off our belongings went for 2 months in storage. Once we found our new home, I called Ralph to arrange for our containers to be bought up & they unloaded in super fast time, what a drive Adam had to make up to Speyside & back again ...... Thanks to a brilliant top class team at TFM !
