Jul 04,2020I have moved several times over the last 30 years and have always used TFM removals, a couple of times they have also taken my worldly belongings into safe storage for extended periods of time whilst I have been overseas. I have had dealings with Ralph, Josh and many of the TFM family and they have always been professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TFM for your next move. Thanks again guys for our big move down to Devon!

Jul 04,2020Couldn’t fault Ralph and his team for excellent service when we moved recently from Chelmsford to Cromer. Our move was arranged over 3 days at Ralph’s suggestion to ease the stress and we are so glad we took his advice. The first container removed approx 90% of our boxed property the day before completion leaving only our essentials for overnight. The guys then arrived early on completion day and picked up the rest drove straight to Cromer and unloaded those essentials for our first night in our new place. We were fully rested when the team arrived the following day with the bulk of our property which was carefully unloaded and placed into our chosen positions. We couldn’t fault Adam, Stats, James & Spider-Man (you know who you are!) for their excellent team work in both moving our Property, loading the containers and their polite and courteous attitude towards us, especially during the coronavirus lockdown. TFM were recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others. A great family run business.

The packing up of the small load we were having moved was done quickly, and unpacked at the new address with great care. The 2 young men were extremely polite, helpful and very friendly.

After 2 months when we got possession of our new place, they delivered. Everything was securely stored, very reasonably priced and the service was outstanding. From start to finish on the day of the move, Stats, Kes and Jamie made the whole moving experience for my 89 year old father a pleasure. They also kept a lot of our belongings in storage for a few weeks till We was ready to take them back.. They delivered our belongings all back to us and loaded it all into our shed.. They kept us well informed at every stage of the move and did everything they could to ensure that it went as smoothly as possible, shame that they couldn't do anything about the weather but I'm sure that is something which Ralph is looking into next as a new enhanced service for TFM!
