TFNation Ltd runs TFNation, a three-day Transformers convention which takes place in Birmingham, UK in August. The show attracts attendees from around the world and has become the largest Transformers celebration in Europe.

Sep 19,2022It's very rare to see any issues with the website but, since my request to update a LONG-dormant ID revealed a bug, they jumped on it quickly, fixed it and thanked me for raising the issue. How I wish other event organisers could run support so smoothly.

The event is professionally run, but the organisers are friendly and approachable and set a similar tone for the event itself - it's less a 'convention' more a 'weekend-long party with your mates, some of whom you just hadn't met before or have appeared on the telly'.

Jul 24,2022I needed to change a ticket to another day plus add a carers ticket. Steve answered my email inquiry promptly, did the refund and confirmed the new tickets. It was done with professionalism, no jumping through hoops. If this is the way a busy person gets on and does his job, I can’t wait to get to TFNation and enjoy myself.

Jun 20,2022My partner purchased 2 tickets but accidentally selected the wrong dates. I have now purchased tickets for the correct dates & they have took note of the hiccup on our side & have issued a refund. Thank you guys, looking forward to the event

May 06,2022The customer service I received from Steve from TFNation was outstanding!! I had booked the wrong tickets and was totally unaware of my error. Steve emailed to check I had booked the correct tickets and then very kindly cancelled my old booking and sent my new tickets and issued a part refund. I’m so grateful thank you very much. Really looking forward to August.
