They responded quickly and asked all the right questions in a clear and professional manner, which made it easy for me to provide the necessary details. I received a fair and reasonable quote shortly after. On the moving day, they arrived right on time! The two movers, Nelson and Ah Lam, were not only efficient but also super friendly. The whole move was completed in about two hours — quick, smooth, and without any damage to my belongings. They even gave me a lovely handwritten card — such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Jan 15,2025I am relocating to Hong Kong and I chose The852 to ship my stuff to Hong Kong. The booking was smooth but on the day of moving we were hit by 6cm of snow. Despite the weather, they were only 15 min late, full of apologies. They indexed every box, handled everything with extreme care. I have never seen a more courteous and responsible moving company. Highly recommended.
